CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in is any time after 2:00pm, check out is at 10:00am. We do insist that all guests are at the cabin before sunset. There is no Check in process, simply follow the signs once on the reserve to reach the cabin.
PETS
Unfortunately Wolwehoek is not suitable for pets due to the presence of wild animals and challenging terrain.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
The cabin is fully kitted inside and out so you won't need to bring much! Bring all your food and drinks, a torch, sunscreen and insect repellant. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
WHAT WE SUPPLY

Fire Wood - we supply wood for the braai, pizza oven and for the hot tub.

All cooking utensils including braai grid, pizza oven tools and poitjie pot.

Luxurious locally made Shampoo, body wash and body lotion that is 100% organic, sulphate free and environmentally friendly made with Fynbos essential oils.
GETTING THERE (4x4 needed for Leopard's Kloof!)
Detailed directions will be provided upon booking confirmation. The Road to Leopard's KLOOF has loose sand and rocks in places and can get muddy when raining. For now Leopards KLOOF Cabin is only accessible with a 4X4/SUV. During very heavy rain you WILL need four wheel drive. Leopard's VANTAGE is accessible by normal car, avoid sports cars and drive slowly and carefully it is a dirt farm road with some rocks here and there.
ANIMALS, SHOULD I BE SCARED?
Wolwehoek is home to a variety of wild animals including a +- 10year old female Leopard. The most dangerous animals on the reserve are snakes, we ask guests to please be mindful when walking around in the mountains to avoid stepping on any.
CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
